Myofascial Release (MFR) is a safe, whole-body approach to addressing pain and dysfunction—going beyond the symptoms and treating the cause. Jennifer sees each client as unique and begins each session by evaluating posture and movement looking for areas of fascial restriction in the body. She uses treatment techniques that are specific for each individual client’s needs applying a variety of pressure, stretching and movement to release restrictions in the tissue that cause pain and dysfunction. Restrictions develop from trauma, inflammation, poor posture, repetitive stress injury, scarring and chronic stress. MFR releases the restrictions that put pressure on pain sensitive structures and restores the body to its optimal state where true healing occurs.
