I utilize a combination of Sustained Myofascial Release techniques, including but not limited to: structural releases (osseous releases), rebounding & unwinding; craniosacral therapy; soft & deep tissue mobilization; muscle energy techniques; energy work; manual therapy; kinesiotaping, as well as therapeutic use of self, and traditional occupational therapy techniques as appropriate.
· Additional small ball or foam roll exercises may be explored, as well as myofascial stretches targeting affected areas
